Doris Y. Nkya is a graduate of University of London United Kingdom (UK) with the Bachelor Economics / Statistics. She has Advanced IT with the Institute of IT in Dar Es Salaam. Her strength lies in consulting, supporting and training people, especially in project monitoring and evaluating related to data management / collection/verifying/compiling in specific projects. Providing technical support on program implementation for data management and quality assurance on paper-based and Computer based and record keeping for reporting systems on Care and Treatment Clinics and PMTCT program.

Providing technical support on implementing monitoring tools, collection of data and analyzing. Conduct of NACP Monitoring and Evaluation Tools trainings, maintaining and supporting Database, workshops for practical application strategic information and site supervision visit to ensure proper and high quality assurance of data collection for NACP monthly, and PEPFAR quarterly reports. Monitoring indicators and assess impact on project performance. Co-ordination of development projects being executed by Centre for Informal Sector Promotion (CISP) covering women and Youth in the Informal Economy for Artisans, Small scale farmers, Small Scale Miners, Traders and Services providers. It includes, programme design and sustainability analysis, training, monitoring, evaluation and impact assessment, marketing and market studies as well as conducting feasibility studies.
