Board Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer, a multi-skilled business ------------- with more than 35 years` experience in various multi-sectorial business undertakings. His strengths are in analyzing commercial issues and the impact on project structuring. He also has strong management skills in business development functions, specifically when considering the impact of currency fluctuations and other instruments in mitigating on-going local currency deteriorations, which are an identified risks in the business development. He is good dealmaker in the project development when looking at structured finance market which also involves advising clients on utilizing ECA and credit insurance products.
He has demonstrated the ability to initiate new businesses in Tanzania involving international multi-lateral agencies as well as navigating and complying with Tanzanian regulations. Again he has been leading all local development activities in Independent Power Producer main focusing on small hydro power projects in Tanzania which include but not limited to obtaining permits and managing relations with TANESCO, EWURA, and the Rural Energy Authority.
